I was very interested a while ago when I learned honey is the ONLY food that does NOT spoil. How interesting. Now add cinnamon. At least it&#8217;s a tasty remedy, sure doesn&#8217;t hurt to try it!!</p>
<p>In addition, I have heard for allergies, using local honey can help. Apparently your body can get used to the local pollens and then have less of a reaction in springtime.</p>

A lot of it I was familiar with, but there was a section on honey and cinnamon that was great. I don&#8217;t know if it works but I&#8217;m willing to give it a go! I think it sounds like a delicious way to be healthier. If anyone knows more, or has tried any of this, I would love to hear.</p>
